We take reasonable care in providing our services but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, utility failures, or third-party actions.
5. Cancellation
Service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Any outstanding fees for services already provided will remain payable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of North Cyprus.
